His death: Charles Edison lived at home with his wife, He was reported having a heart attack at his desk when he died, dying a rude and obnoxious man, this was the case, however it is revealed in the final few chapters, Edison’s aggressive history of murder.
While it was believed for years, and still is by most, that Charles ended up at the library because of his Heart attack; how, ironically, his life wasn’t ‘fulfilled’ enough for his own standards.
In actual fact, As revealed at the end…Charles Edison murdered his wife, after years of abuse and threats of Blackmail against his own sexuality, he couldn’t do it anymore. He was never caught for any of his crimes in life, as he died shortly after. The papers called his death a ‘heart attack.’ so does he. It was.
